Name: Mihrekial
Alias(es): ‘Mutt’ ‘Mongrel’ ‘Mihrek Seong’
Race: Fae - Hellhound.
Level: Advanced.
Apparent Age: Late Twenties.
True Age: 456
Court: Unseelie.
Type/Element of Magic: Fire Element.
Does your Character own a weapon? (Be sure to list any weapons your character may have with them coming into town):
- Two knives. (Nothing special.)
- Compound Bow.
Ammo: - Arrows. Simple, self made quality.
Profession:
Freak Show - Enforcer/Security
Freak Show - Performer
Other Skills:
- Hunting and Survivalism. (Taught by Bobby, an older gentleman that left his home in Louisiana to search for greener pastures, on how to craft bows and arrows, and how to maintain said bow to keep it from being too damaged- and how to fix it if it does. He taught him what things he could eat/use in a forest, what natural herbs he could forage to add to a cooking piece of meat, how to build a hut out of moss and logs- etc.)
- Bows/Crossbows. (Also taught by Bobby, see above~!)
- Knife Fighting/Dirty fighting. ( A technique he received during his time at the mound, in Korea. Taught to him by expert tutors, in order to better serve the Count. It’s a simple technique that relies on speed more than it does on strength, and the user has to be agile. The technique is especially useful in tight spaces, and even more so against people wielding swords.)
- Tracking. (His natural sense of smell as a dog, along with the skills taught to him by Bobby.)
Powers:
Hound of the Hunt: As a former Hound of the Hunt, he is capable of memorizing someone’s scent, and can track them down in the next 24 hours only.
Weakness: They have to be within 300 ft in order for this to work.
- Howl of the Harbinger: Mihrek’s particular branch of Hellhounds have the capability of howling in a specific way that is reminiscent of old school, horror movie wind horns. It is creepy as hell, and that is the only point. It was used in their time in the Mound to signify a hunt being on, and that the prey better run. It doesn’t do anything specific, perhaps only instill a sense of dread into those with a past of being hunted.
Weakness: It’s really up to the player it is directed at how they might react to this- It can go from nothing, to absolute fear. That, and other than a sense of dread, or a chill down the spine, it is not meant to do anything else, at least not in a power/supernatural sense! - Once every 3 days he's able to use this ability.
- Fire of the Hellhound: with his element being fire, he is capable of, for a short time only, to encase a body part in flames. He is able to do it to his entire body, but that is.. Dangerous. It’s a great scare tactic against vampires, but mostly, it’s a scare tactic.
Weakness: He can only keep this up for a scene. If this drags on for the entire scene, he’ll have burned areas of his body. (He already has several, due to this exact reason.) Flesh(His own) that becomes burned by his own fire, will become so damaged, it can not be healed by magical or mundane means. It doesn’t do magical damage, and whilst he’s using this, he is limited to weak, simple spells. He’ll be incredibly weakened by the end, as this is considered an advanced ‘ spell’.
Weaknesses:
The Sulfur: The stench is real. He needs witch enchanted items to suppress the scent, otherwise everyone around him within a certain radius would be smelling nothing but Sulfur. The enchanted items bring it down to a strong scent around him, he can’t hide it at all. - What Enchanted items does he have on him in order to suppress his scent? And I imagine being a Hellhound Fae, the scent would be terrible, and would need more then one items.
The Fiiiiire~: Fire is his element, and, well. You’re stronger when you’re near it- he has a tendency of setting things on fire.
Appearance: A bad eye, heavily scarred, some tattoos. One glance at the guy and you can tell, bad news. He’ll never win a popularity contest with those that believe beauty is something precious. Whatever ‘beauty’ there might have been, is now buried under a persistent, permanent scowl, and heavy scarring. With it, comes a certain stereotype, along with being someone that works at a Circus Troupe.
Just a dog, afterall: Severe loud noises and things such as Thunder scare the shit out of him. It makes him jumpy, whiny, and he just wants to go hide somewhere during that period. It would take an extreme amount of willpower in order for him not to go off running.
Anger issues: With his element of fire, one might imagine that his temper is.. Serious. He has mellowed out somewhat in the years, however, when certain buttons are pushed, he becomes extremely angry, and turns into a rather wrathful and vindictive creature.
Functioning Sociopath: He functions, yeah, he can mimic what is considered normal to a certain degree- if he can be bothered to- but in the end, there isn’t a whole lot that he truly cares for. He can count those things on one hand. He only has a limited range of emotions- the strongest and most present ones being Anger and Pride, but other than that he is lacking in the emotions department. - Approved
Sadist: It’s a thing, and he knows society believes it as bad. But beggars can’t be choosers~!
Curiosity, Obsession or Territorial: Definitely obsession in some cases, depending on the person or object in question, though at times, it’s possession- because that’s his. And, in some cases- I put my mark on that, it’s mine, how dare you. Which can result in.. Interesting events to occur. -
RP-Hookups :
- You’ve seen one of his performances.
- You’re looking for someone to hire for what one considers ‘dirty jobs’.
- You’re looking for a Hunter/Tracker.
- You like to go fishing!
- You know some of his Troupe members.
